1. Are my payments secure?
Yes, all of our transactions are encrypted using industry standard equipment to ensure that only we see your private information.
2. How long until I receive my order?
Depending on the shipping method you chose, anywhere from 2 to 10 days.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Discover, and MasterCard), as well as Personal Checks and Money Orders. Checks and Money Orders may take longer depending on the postal service.
4. Do I have to pay Sales Tax?
Only certain states must pay sales tax, you will be notified if taxes apply to your order before completing the checkout.

Our normal business hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.

We currently do not offer any gift cards.
7. Is your silver jewelry genuine?
Yes, all our jewelry items are 92.5 percent pure sterling silver.
8. What are considered genuine stones?
Genuine stones are mined from the Earth and not man made . Such stones are Turquoise, Onyx, Peridot, Amber, Garnet, amethyst, Sapphire, Topaz, Lapis Lazuli, Rose Quartz, Jade, Aventurine, Tigereye, and Citrine.
9. What sizes do you offer for rings for men and women?
Women's ring sizes generally range from 5 - 9, men's rings from 9 - 13. Whole sizes only are available. Some rings may vary up to 1/2 size due to manufacturing tolerances. Sizing rings is at the customers risk. Rings that have been sized will not be accepted for return.
10. Are the earrings sold in pairs?
Yes, all our earrings are sold by the pair only. Note: ear cuffs in the body jewelry section are sold individually.
11. Do you engrave jewelry items?
No, we do not offer engraving.
12. Do you have a showroom?
No, we do not have a showroom, we are an internet based company.
13. What sizes do you offer in bracelets?
Our bracelet sizes for children range from 5.5 inches to 7 inches. Adult bracelet sizes are generally 6.5 inches to 8.5 inches.
14. Do you sell chains by the inch?
We do not sell chain by the roll or by the inch. All our chains are finnished products only.
15. Do you offer any guarantees?
If for any reason you are dissatisfied, please return your item within 15 days of receipt of goods for full refund less the shipping costs. Returns after 15 days are the sole discretion of Cheyenne Silver Jewelry and are subject to a restocking fee of 25 percent.
